Eco-Friendly Manufacturing

The wave solder machines used in ESP’s manufacturing process are designed to operate with minimal waste. Over 80% of our solder waste is recovered and re-used and the small amount of scrap material that is generated is also returned to the vendor for recycling.

A percentage of the plastic used in our product’s main housing unit is made from recycled materials. Cardboard and paper scrap generated during our manufacturing process is collected and sent to a recycling center. ESP offers a lifetime warranty on all products. In the event a product is returned, the material is processed and sent to a recycling center.
