Stephen F. Galloway

CEO, President

Stephen was named CEO and President of ESP and SurgeX in 2009, and under his leadership the firm has transformed from a power protection manufacturer to an energy intelligence leader. Shortly after joining the company, Stephen initiated significant technology research and development advancements and radically expanded the firm’s product lines to incorporate diagnostic intelligence in less than twelve months. Since 2010, Stephen has expanded the company’s sales network into new verticals, global markets, and additional channels resulting in unparalleled growth for the firm with a 30% CAGR. Stephen has a wealth of expertise in the office equipment industry. Before joining ESP/SurgeX, Stephen worked for Xerox for 28 years and served in numerous management roles including Vice President and General Manager for North American Supplies. While at Xerox, Stephen managed both the operations, engineering, distribution, and the worldwide marketing development of key programs. Stephen earned a Master of Science in Math and Applied Statistics from Rochester Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Syracuse University. In his spare time, he enjoys kayaking, road biking and spending time with his family in New York.

Rob Wood

CFO

Rob joined ESP in 2010, with a wealth of experience in operational finance leadership. He is an experienced financial executive in emerging, high growth, and middle-market companies including private-equity funding and post-acquisition integrations. Prior to joining the ESP management team, he was the Vice President and Controller at Burt’s Bees Inc., a Partner at Rankin McKenzie, LLC, and the Controller at TogetherSoft. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fairfield University and is an avid swimmer and loves cycling.

Dave Perrotta

VP of Operations, Engineering, and Manufacturing

Dave joined the company in 2004 and for over seven years has led ESP’s operations, production, engineering, and customer service teams. Under Dave’s leadership, the company has introduced over 30 new products, developed ten technology patents, and has expanded and improved the company’s manufacturing capabilities. Dave has an extensive background in operations and engineering management at leading technology companies, such as General Electric and MTS Systems, a leading manufacturer of magnetostrictive sensors. He has a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from Worchester Polytechnic Institute, a Masters in Business Administration from Baker College, is an active IEEE member, and is SPHR certified.

Shannon Townley

President, SurgeX and Energy Intelligence Solution Sales

Shannon has been with the company for over four years. For the past three years he has managed the SurgeX brand, and under his lead SurgeX has won awards, developed new technology, and has expanded into the residential market. In addition Shannon served as the CFO for three years and managed the company’s financial operations. Prior to joining ESP, Shannon worked within the automotive industry as CFO and operations manager. He earned his Masters of Business Administration from Wake Forest University, earned a Bachelors of Science in Accounting and Finance from West Virginia University/Concord College, served in the U.S. Air Force, and is a CPA in North Carolina.

In his spare time, Shannon manages a non-profit outreach organization to assist a community in Baja
California, Mexico and lives with his family in Wake Forest, NC

Mike Naples

Vice President, Global Accounts

Mike has over thirty years of experience in the office equipment industry. Since he began work at ESP in 2001, Mike has held the position of NE Regional Manager and Director Major Accounts, with his most recent position being Vice President, Global Accounts. He has managed specific ESP Major Accounts for the past seven years, including Canon USA, Ricoh Corporate, Sharp Corporate, and NEOPOST, among others. Mike has been one of many consistent contributors to the continued growth of ESP. Prior to coming to ESP, Mike served as Director of Service at ComDoc Inc for nine years, where he was responsible for service operations of the branches in upstate New York. In addition, Mike has worked in the steel industry and industrial laundry, where he was a laborer and the Director of Global Services Group. Mike enjoys spending his free time golfing and traveling to spend time with family.

Dave D’Agostino

Vice President, ESP and Energy Intelligence Solution Sales

Dave has over seventeen years’ experience in the office equipment industry and has managed the ESP sales team for the past six years. Under his leadership, the company has nearly doubled its sales volume and has strengthened its position as the industry leader. Prior to ESP, Dave served as General Manager at ComDoc Inc for eight years, where he was responsible for operations of the Albany, NY branch. Dave earned his Bachelors of Science in Administration from State University of New York College at Oswego. He serves on a local School Board, is a member of the John Birch Society, and is an active fundraiser to find a cure for Multiple Sclerosis.

Tanya Flores

Director of Marketing

Tanya joined the company in 2004 and has defined the company’s product branding, marketing strategy, positioning, and identity. Prior to ESP, Tanya served as Marketing Manager for Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston, where she built web sites and marketing campaigns for the real estate industry. Tanya has managed marketing programs for over fifteen years and has an extensive background in communications, public relations, art direction, events management, administration, and web design. Tanya earned a Masters in Business Administration/Marketing from Baker College and a Bachelors of Art in Fine Art from Guilford College. She enjoys running, photography, and spending time with her family at the North Carolina Outer Banks.
